Fully furnished self contained and fully air conditioned with a large enclosed outdoor living area, two bathrooms and adequate sleeping arrangements for up to 8 persons offers you all the amenities of home including linen and towels.
The fully self contained kitchen has modern conveniences including a
dishwasher, microwave and large family size refrigerator/freezer.
The Lounge area has a large TV/Foxtel and air conditioning.
The laundry is equipped with washing machine.

It is very rare to travel to holiday accommodation which is every bit as comfortable as home. This property more than exceeded our expectations, immaculately clean, friendly, helpful service and all the "little extras" which made our stay more enjoyable.
We would not hesitate to recommend this Townhouse to anyone wanting top quality accommodation within easy reach of Penrith and the nearby Blue Mountains.

Locality

For the Business Executive being situated in the centre of Penrith close to the M4 Freeway, travelling to St Marys, Blacktown or Windsor is only minutes away.
For those travelling to The Blue Mountains, the Southern Highlands or the Hunter Valley access is within easy reach without having to travel into the City of Sydney.
