Dudley Villa is located just one km from the township of Penneshaw, the gateway to Kangaroo Island.An historical 100 year old,well-appointed self contained limestone cottage set on 5 acres oozes old charm.
With 3 bedrooms which can
sleep up to 13 persons comfortably, a fully equipped
kitchen, cozy lounge
room, 2 bathrooms, and
many other facilities, it is the
ideal place for couples, families, pets
and friends to relax and enjoy all
that Kangaroo Island has to offer.

Enjoy the great outdoors: BBQ,
open fire for non fire ban days,
and fish scaling bench are
provided for your enjoyment. For the children, there is plenty of
room to play, play equipment, as
well as bike riding tracks to go
exploring the 5 acre property.

For those winter days and nights Dudley Villa's living room offers a log fire to keep you warm and cozy, along with a selection of DVD's and Videos,

backdrop, wildlife is abundant.

Grounds

Wildlife - including birds, kangaroos, echidnas, and reptiles - abounds on the 5 acres, .

There is plenty of room for the children to run about and adults to relax, pets to explore. Mountain bikes are available for use and there is plenty of room for boats, trailers and campers.

It is also very pet friendly here and pets are encouraged to be brought on holiday (sorry no rabbits, foxes and dingoes).
