Casa de Playa, over the road from the beach, is very affordable and with its newly appointed kitchen, bathroom/laundry and tasteful fittings and furniture, this cosy house is sure to appeal.

Locality

On the foreshore 'Frenchman's Terrace' at Penneshaw on Kangaroo Island in South Australia.
An ideal base for that sightseeing holiday of the Island.
Enjoy coming home to a beach walk or swim. Relax on the verandah. Often at night you will see the gentle Tamar Wallabies nibbling grass along the roadside and on the lawns.
You will be able to watch the 'Little' Penguins at night - all within minutes of your holiday home.
