Glenbrook House is located 30 min drive from the Devonport ferry terminal, within the tranquil setting of Penguin Valley. The Self contained miners cottage is dated 1903 and although it has been updated, it still retains features of that era. The cottage is surrounded by beautiful natural forest and historic tree ferns with a hazelnut orchard and a trout creek, which meanders through the property.

Locality

Glenbrook Cottage is located 3km south of picturesque Penguin Beach and floral parade. Central to NW coast tourist attractions - Cradle Mountain, Leven Canyon, Gunns Plains Caves and Vineyards, Stanley (the Nut), fairy penguins, Don & Penguin markets, Sheffield (murals), gardens, bush walks, handmade chocolates and cheese factories.

Property

Glenbrook Cottage is an historic miners cottage circa 1903, which is nestled in the Penguin valley amongst 50 acres of woodland, with a hazelnut plantation and a trout creek. The cottage is central to local amenities, with the Town of Penguin and the beach only 3klm. The cottage has 2 bedrooms, with a separate lounge, dining area and a well appointed kitchen. All linen and bedding is supplied with handmade soaps by your hostess Irene. Dogs are welcome by prior arrangement. Continental breakfast provisions are supplied with delicious homemade bread. Homemade muffins or scones on arrival to welcome you to our retreat. A range of homemade soups are also available at a minimal cost. Why not spoil yourself and relax for up to an hour of spiritual healing by a qualified spiritual healer. An undercover BBQ is provided with sweeping views of the natural forest from the verandah.
