The ultimate escape. Enjoy this beautiful house and stunning surrounds in absolute privacy.

Set on 1000 acres of native bush and lush pasture the privately owned property is used to breed Angus stud cattle.

The 1000 acres is yours to escape, refresh and rejuvenate. The property only has one has one house and is bordered by state forest, making this the perfect getaway to find privacy, romance and tranquility.

The house overlooks the pristine property and beautiful lake that is full of birdlife. The view is complimented by the expansive wrap around jarrah verandah that is the perfect spot to unwind.

Inside the house has the original wandoo flooring throughout. The luxurious house is perfect for 1 or 2 couples with both bedrooms featuring queensize beds and Egyptian cotton linen. The lounge room is complete with a romantic open fore place as well as reverse cycle air-conditioning and platinum level Foxtel. The spacious kitchen has a gas 4 burner stove, oven and grill. There is a fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and all the extras. The dining room is the perfect place to read the newspaper and relax with a glass of wine. The lavish bathroom is travertine marble and has 2 showerheads, one raindance and the other handheld. The house is luxurious as weall as relaxing with beautiful, peaceful views from every window.

The house is perfectly located on the Channybearup Tourist Drive and is 10 minutes from Manjimup and 15 minutes from Pemberton. Along Channybearup Tourist Drive there are numerous wineries and cafes, a cidery and natural attractions such as 100 Year Forest and Big Brook Dam. The drive is very scenic, showcasing the area's offerings such as avocados, olives and vines.

The house is a terrific base to explore the entire southwest. Close by are the Diamond Tree Tower, The Wine and Truffle Company, Fonty's Pool, multiple wineries and the natural attractions such as The Cascades, Beedelup Falls and State and National Parks.

Property


The propery is 1000 of lush pasture and native forest. It is one of the farms used to run Diamond Tree Angus Stud, which was established in 1986. The stud has now grown to 500 breeding females which produce 120 bulls each year. The bulls are auctioned off twice a year in September and February. The property has 4 large dams, with the house overlooking one of them. They are home to many swans, pelicans, ducks and other birds. The property has fantastic birdlife and kangaroos that like to share the grass with the cows.
