Built in 2004, this lovely, air-conditioned, 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom property is close to everything !
Just a 10 minute walk to the beach, 10 minute walk to town and less than 8 minutes to Mandurah foreshore where you can enjoy the delightful shops, or simply relax at one of the many cafes and restaurants

Mandurah is approximately one hours drive south of Perth City and is renowned for it’s “laid-back” lifestyle. It is an ideal destination for that relaxing holiday. From the foreshore, take a boat trip around the man-made canals and enjoy seeing the stunning, water-front mansions and magnificent boats moored at private jetties.
Mandurah is also well-known for it’s dolphins. You can often spot them on the canal tour or alternatively, take the “Dolphin Watch” boat trip and watch these amazing animals in their natural habitat.
Out of all the accommodations we had in 4 weeks ( Perth, Cairns, Melbourne & Sydney) : Bluewater Villa was the best. This is exactly the quality of accommodation that is appreciated : its clean, spacious, homely and lives up to the details on the web site, which is more than I can say for some other sites that we experienced.. I would have no hesitation in recommending this property to anyone visiting Perth.
LocalityLocal shops, beach, and pub are just a 10 minute walk, and Mandurah’s famous foreshore (where you can take a cruise round the canals and see how the “other-half” live – or watch the dolphins) is just 800m away. Restaurants, café’s and take-aways are plentiful and are all within walking distance too ! PropertyBluewater Villa has it’s own private courtyard where you can relax under the pergola and enjoy a barbeque by the pool. On balmy evenings you can hear the waves on nearby Silver Sands Beach. The pool is fully fenced (as required under Australian Law) so the whole outdoor area is totally safe for kids
