"We recently stayed at Top View Farm with two other families. All families were really impressed with all aspects of the proporty and house. The house easily accommodated 6 adults and 7 children and was set out so that there was plenty of space inside the house for children to play (games room) and for the adults to lie around and read papers & chat. The fire place and other heating facilities made the house really cosy in winter!

The view from the house down the valley and the beautiful outside area's were superb and the kids enjoyed exploring around the property (especially feeding the horses!)

Other 'extra' touches we appreciated were the well stocked kitchen (with plates etc and the pantry extra's) and plenty of games and magazines. As it was winter these things were useful.

We loved the Top View Farm and have booked again next year!"

"Nine of us stayed for two nights at the beautiful and great value Top View Farm. We where impressed by the ample supply of kitchenware, blankets, games, books and with how well the house is stocked with just about everything we needed. Top View Farm definitely felt like a home away from home.

The house provides ample space for a large group with a huge range of places to spend your time and enjoy the views and the serene atmosphere. The location offers the best of both worlds as it is close to Maitland and interesting towns as well as the feeling that you are in the middle of nowhere.

We would highly recommend a stay at Top View Farm to anyone interested in a relaxing holiday with plenty to offer those who are interested and a more relaxing stay to those who are looking for a soothing oasis.
