EVERYTHING WAS PROVIDED TO HELP MAKE OUR STAY AS COMFORTABLE AS POSSIBLE, INCLUDING THE PROVISION OF A BREAKFAST BASKET
THE SURROUNDINGS WERE SO PEACEFUL YET A TRIP INTO TOWN OR THE BEACH TOOK ONLY A COUPLE OF MINUTES. WE HAVE ALREADY RECOMMENDED PAPERBARK COTTAGE TO FRIENDS."

"Thoroughly enjoyed the relaxing environment, quietness of being in the country. We enjoyed be able to have our small dog and the breakfast basket. Waking up to birds chirping and also a very comfortable bed . We would not change anything. The hosts were very good and gave us privacy during the whole time. "

"I was very pleased with the accommodation. I have two very large dogs and they were as welcome as small dogs which is often not the case. The cottage is nicely furnished with a TV in both the lounge and the bedroom and everything you might need in the way of kitchen setup. Sheila was very helpful without being 'in your face' and I would definitely recommend Paperbark Cottage to others. I loved Asher the donkey's daily 'morning greeting'! I was also impressed with the quality kennel and dog bed which are provided. Everything is clean and nicely presented. Outside lighting is also great. If I go to Esperance again I would certainly try to book Paperbark Cottage again. Very reasonably priced."

"We were mainly concerned with finding a place that worked for the three of us - two people and one beagle. This was a great find and we will definitely be back. Courteous kindly hosts and cottage as comfortable as home with everything needed to bring a few supplies and be self-sufficient. Almost unheard of value for money. It's next to the main house, but plenty of privacy and the resident dog keeps her distance after saying an amiable hello. Location only a minute or two out of town and very handy to the short scenic loop drive which runs past the stunning beaches (beagle loved those too) and lake. "

"Without a doubt, THE best pet-friendly accommodation we've ever used. All the comforts of home, acres of space for "Dolly" our border/kelpie and the most friendly and relaxed hosts even when we lost the key (we got it back the next day). Loved "Asher" the donkey and "Zoe" the bone thief.
Even if we wern't travelling with a dog, we would stay there again.

"We were both very contented during our stay at Paperbark and have nothing but praise for the manner in which we were received - our hosts were so hospitable even down to the dog! The welcome basket also was very acceptable upon arrival. We have only just returned home from our extended trip hence the delay in replying."

"Great. Very cosy cottage with heaps of "Room to move". Complete privacy, country scenary with the neighbouring sheeps, very pleasant owners.
The breakfast snacks (cereal, milk, eggs) were suplied
Overall, for this price I CONSIDER THIS COTTAGE TO BE MY "FIRST CHOICE" for my future stay in Esperance."

"We stayed at Paperbark Cottage for 8 days and it was better than we could have imagined. The cottage is perfectly set up with everything one could possibly need for a great stay. The bed is very comfortable, a most important consideration. The thoughtful extras which Sheila and Ed supplied for our arrival, such as milk, tea, coffee, biscuits and fresh eggs were gratefully received. The cottage is situated in a most peaceful location, not far from the town centre. Sheila and Ed are delightful hosts and we enjoyed their kind hospitality. We look forward to a return visit and have already sent their address to some of our friends. "
