This 3 storey superior property has uninterrupted views from all levels along Pambula Beach, all the way to Merimbula. The upper level contains the study, master bedroom, ensuite with spa and large walk-in robes. At night, the lights of Merimbula sparkle across the ocean as you sip your champagne in the spa.“Oh wow” is the only way to describe guests' reactions to the view when sitting at the study desk.

The middle level consists of two large and separate living areas and kitchen, with views from every point. The family room and meals area are spacious and very comfortable and open out onto the balcony for optional outdoor dining, overlooking the sea.

The large lounge with cathedral style ceilings offers a separate entertaining area.
