Upstairs consists of 2 bedrooms, bathroom and large lounge area with table tennis table. Downstairs has 3 bedrooms, bathroom(incl bath),laundry and kitchen/dining area. The kitchen is fully equiped with everything you'll need for your holiday. Upstairs the lounge leads out to a large wrap around balcony where you can check the surf or enjoy your morning coffee whilst taking in the amazing views of the ocean. Out the back is a paved entertaining area incl. classy outdoor setting and 4 burner BBQ. Also for your use during the holiday is a surf board and surf ski free of charge. The house is very close to all amenities including the local takeaway store (public phone available), skate park, walking tracks, the beach of course, and a playground.It is a short drive to Merimbula, Eden and Pambula.

Bike track close by leading to village of Pambula and onto Merimbula.
5 min to Merimbula airport daily services Melb & Sydney.
Walk to Pambula Beach, safe, patrolled beach then onto Lions Park beach &
