The spacious master bedroom has a modern ensuite and walk in robe and doors to the garden. Two other bedrooms are at the other end of the house and share the other bathroom which has a shower and a bath. The kitchen has stainless steel cooktop and oven and full sized fridge and dishwasher. You will find many convenient appliances not normaly found in holiday units like juicer, popcorn maker, sandwich maker, rice cooker etc. The floors are tiled for easy cleaning during your stay and the bedrooms are carpeted. There is a large TV, DVD player and ipod docking clock radios. We even have a couple of old surf boards for your enjoyment.
LocalityThis is the best part of the Gold Coast to holiday. Only 400mts to beautiful Palm Beach and just 250mts to the sandy beach protected mouth of the Tallebudgera River which is ideal for families with children and those wanting to swim, kyak, windsurf, fish etc. Shops are close by and the Elanora Pines shopping center is a few minutes drive away. The popular Currumbin Sanctuary is only 5 mins drive away. Within walking distance is the lovely scenic Burleigh Heads Hiking Trail. Theme Parks are about 30 mins drive. The house is 5 mins from the freeway going north and south and only 10 mins from Gold Coast airport.
