Cats are permitted, Small dogs (less than 11 kg) are permitted,

Food and water bowls provided, Bedding/sleeping area provided

Dogs are very welcome to stay at Rock Bath. There is a secure area in the front courtyard which opens into a garage sleeping area. You may take your pet out to the terrace through the house but we would prefer they do not stay inside the house.

Cottage, Holiday house

Rock Bath features magnificent ocean views from the two bedrooms, the lounge room and the large outdoor terrace. The house is completely private and offers one double bedroom and one twin bedroom each with their own ensuite bathroom with shower, vanity and toilet.

The lounge room has an open fireplace, TV, DVD and video player as well as many books for your enjoyment.

All linen is supplied as well as teas, coffees, milk, condiments, firewood, BBQ gas and welcome wine and chocolate! The cleaning fee is $150 per booking.

You may even bring your beloved dog with you. There is a secure courtyard which opens into a garage in case of inclement weather.

We have laundry facilities available for your use as well as a gas barbeque.

Below the house is a gorgeous bushland table setting with views for an extra little getaway.

**NB. Our change-over day for weekly bookings is Friday

Locality

Palm Beach is a lovely 15 minute walk or 10 minute drive from the house. The area offers many other beaches; cafes; restaurants; boutique shopping; boating; fishing; swimming and surfing.

Avalon shopping centre is a short drive away and offers all your shopping needs.

Property

A full size fridge is located in the garage with easy access through the courtyard from the kitchen. The house flows beautifully from one room to another and the view is ever-present and very calming.

Rock Bath offers complete privacy and is located in a very peaceful area surrounded by beautiful bushland and gardens. Native birds are abundant and our resident Brush Turkey will be seen regularly in the bush.

Our linen is of beautiful quality and our beds very comfortable. A washing machine is located in the twin bathroom and a clothes dryer is available in the garage.

Rock Bath welcomes children however the property is not suitable for toddlers.
