Immaculate beach house with sweeping northern vista. The property allows for easy living with open plan entertaining area with integrated sound system, flowing on one side to a large deck overlooking the Pacific Ocean and an internal courtyard on the other side. There are four bedrooms and two bathrooms plus a double lock up garage.
Bed configuration:

Second bedroom - double bed

Fourth bedroom - queen bed
Cleaning fee $330.00. Linen available for hire.
