This a great family house for extended living outdoors but as there are stairs up to 2 of the bedrooms the house is not suitable for young children and toddlers.
A well behaved pet will be welcome. Please let us know if you wish to bring a pet as there is a charge for carpet clean.

It's a pleasantly short walk to Rushcutters Bay Park.

The house is in a quiet tree-lined cul-de-sac and offers rear lane access from Glenview Lane. Within minutes you can access the Cross City Tunnel, Eastern Distributor and Harbour.
There is limited on-street parking available.

All your shopping needs and local stores are within walking distance at the famous Five Ways. There is a Woolworths store, plenty of cafesrestaurants and the historic Royal Hotel with a relaxed and classy atmosphere for a drink after a busy day shopping or just exploring Sydney.
For more options you can head up the street to Victoria St Darlinghurst and check out an amazing range of restaurants and cafes.

Very close to the Scottish Hospital and St Vincents Private and Public Hospitals and the recently landscaped and dog-friendly Royal Womens Hospital Park.
