Facing NNW, the living areas and front deck, overlook the southern corner of Wallis Lake with Booti Headland making an imposing backdrop. The house is opposite the lakefront reserve, boatramp, jetty and recreation club / restaurant. The canoes provided can be carried across the road.
3 bedroom house featuring 2 living areas, fully equipped kitchen incl. dishwasher, dining area, 3 way bathroom plus ensuite with spa, laundry w/wash machine & iron, huge covered front deck (with gate to keep toddlers in) and barbie on the back deck. Big yards.
The house is sundrenched all day long with shaded areas on either the front or back decks.
Canoes, tennis rackets, darts, boules and plenty of board games, dvds, books. Ideal for families or groups.
Loads of offstreet parking, easy boat access. boat ramp opp. & Elizabeth Beach boat ramp a 2 minute drive. Outdoor sink, hot shower and garden hoses makes cleaning boats (and kids!) a breeze.
