Holiday unit

Excellent location in the heart of the Sunshine Coast. Property located in quiet street with skatepark & basketball court further down the road. Close to best Coast beaches for surfing, patrolled swimming & pets to run free. Short drive to boat ramp into Maroochy River.
5 minute walk to Tavern, Takeaways, BILO shopping centre, bowls club, and restaurants. 2 minute walk to fantastic skate park. 2km level stroll or bike ride to the beach. 1 minute walk to public transport.
Starting at a low $60 per night in the studio villa for 2 people & 1 dog; or $90 per night in the 2bedroom villa for up to 6 people & 1 dog, this property is ideal for the budget visitor wanting comfort and convenience during their beach holiday.

The property is well equipped with all the basic cooking utensils, blankes and pillows. Each villa has a laundry, a bathroom, open plan living area, undercover patio, reverse cycle airconditioning and fans. Undercover parking right outside the front door and even space for a small boat! Each villa has its own fenced yard to keep you pooch safe while dining or shopping. (extra dog allowed on application) Great location and comfort for the budget conscious travelling dog lover!
