Spotlessly clean cosy cottage in a great location. Living areas are air-conditioned and the cottage is thoughtfully equipped as a complete "home away from home".

Just 1-2 minutes walk to the shops, café's, restaurants and bush trails and a short stroll to the local surfing beach, swimming pool, park, playground, kiosk, tennis & squash courts & award winning "Club Old Bar".

Guests consistently comment (via our visitors book)on the cleanliness and how well equipped the cottage is and the great location.Good quality linen, towels and bathrobes are supplied plus welcome drinks, bowl of fresh fruit and port and chocolates. We have a lot of repeat guests.

For those travelling with their pet,
quiet well behaved pets welcome. Email for our pet policy. Large secure yard and bush trails and pet friendly beach and cafe nearby. Cubby house in back yard ideal for preschool and infant age children.

Location

We are located at Old Bar Beach, a seaside haven in the magical Manning Valley River and Rainforest Coast region just 3 hours drive north of Sydney.

We are situated 30 mins north of Forster & 1 hour south of Port Macquarie. Old Bar is the closest beach to the North Coast Freeway after leaving Sydney - 8 mins from the Taree exit, 2 hrs north of Newcastle.

You'll discover National Parks, forest drives, rainforest walks, explore unspoilt beaches (40km of them!) and the beautiful Manning River (150 km of navigable waterways), view stunning waterfalls and spectacular mountain scenery. Weekend market days, art and craft galleries, great fishing spots, fresh oysters.

A great year round holiday destination for all ages where you will feel the heartbeat of Nature.

Property

The cottage features two bedrooms and open plan design with well equipped kitchen & cosy lounge/dining area with widescreen TV, video, DVD and a variety of games and books as well as a telephone for local/STD & mobile calls and computer connection.

In fact, you’ll be absolutely amazed at the inclusions at “SeaChange” with everything from a picnic basket to a popcorn maker and we guarantee you will only need to pack food, clothes, personal items and beach towels.

There’s a large fenced secure yard with timber BBQ setting, plus a jack and jill 2 seater (great place to relax swith a coffee or wine and a good book!)shady umbrella, children’s cubby house and garage protection for one vehicle. Well behaved pets are welcome. The cottage is spotlessly clean and this is something always commented on by our guests.

There is a well equipped laundry with dryer and all necessities are there for guests use at no additional charge.
