Locality

Chiltern Lodge is situated three hours drive north of Sydney and one hour south of Port Macquarie, in the picturesque Manning Valley - the "Natural Treasure" of Australia's Holiday Coast. We are five minutes from the seaside village of Old Bar Beach, and just ten minutes from Taree with its modern under-cover shopping centres.

Whether you are looking for a romantic escape for two, a getaway with friends, family fun, or just a weekend of pure relaxation, it's all here at our friendly country retreat.

Property

We have four well appointed two-bedroom country cabins for you to choose from, spacious and spotlessly clean, sleeping up to six people very comfortably. The cabins have recently been airconditioned for extra comfort.

Each cabin has a cosy log fire with full size kitchen including microwave, and a BBQ area for outdoor cooking and eating.

You will find the cabin is fully equipped as a "home away from home", and includes such things as washing up liquid, tea towels, tablecloths, gladwrap, alfoil, kitchen paper, salt & pepper, teapot, coffee plunger, iron, hair dryer, and all linen. Complimentary tea, coffee, sugar and milk are provided on arrival .

This cabin has disabled facilities in the bathroom with an open shower, hand rails on shower & toilet and sink/wall cabinet in lieu of vanity unit. There is ramp access. Bedroom 1 has a queen size bed and Bedroom 2 has two double bunks (i.e. 4 singles).

Cabin 2
This cabin has ramp access. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed and bedroom 2 has two double bunks (i.e. 4 singles). Bathroom has a shower & hip bath suitable for bathing small children.

Cabin 3
Bedroom 1 has a queen bed and Bedroom 2 has a double bunk comprising a double bed on the bottom and a single bed on top plus a separate single bed. Bathroom as for Cabin 2.

Cabin 4
Bedroom 1 has a queen bed and Bedroom 2 has a double bunk comprising a double bed on the bottom and a single bed on top plus a separate single bed. Bathroom as for Cabin 2.
