THE COTTAGE HAS A WOOD FIRE (WOOD SUPPLIED)WITH CHILD SAFTEY SCREEN.THE LAUNDRY HAS WASHING MACHINE AND CLOTHES DRIER AND THERE IS ALSO A ROOF MOUNTED DRYING RACK IN THE LOUNGEROOM BY THE FIRE. THERE IS A GAS BBQ AND WALL MOUNTED CLOTHES LINE ON THE BACK DECK.
