The large garden has a fully fenced salt water swimming pool (shared with the Bermuda Apartment when occupied). The house has sea views from the living areas, master bedroom and the under cover patio.

LocalityOcean Reef is 30 minutes north of Perth City, 5 minutes drive from Hillarys Boat Harbour and Joondalup City. Mullaloo beach is a 10 minute walk away as is the Ocean Reef Boat Harbour.

From the house you can take a bike path along the coast both north, to Mindarie, or south to Scarborough or even Fremantle if you are adventuous.
