The perfect Beach House for families with kids of all ages. Offering everything you need to make your family holiday stay enjoyable and stress free. Relax and unwind in our spacious rumpus room whilst the kids are kept busy with the various activities.

* Walk to the beach, shopping centre and pub (700m walk to beach with access at end of street).

Living areas: The formal lounge room has a modern soft, comfortable microsuede lounge suite, TV, and PS2 (plays DVDs); the rumpus room has a modern leather lounge suite, a billiard table, plasma TV and DVD.

Eating areas: formal dining room with solid oak dining table & 8 leather scroll back dining chairs, meals area with 6 seater table, a kitchen with 4 kitchen stools and a huge 10+6 seater glass and aluminium outdoor settings.

Bedrooms:
B1: Queen with ensuite,
B2: Single bunks
B3: Double bunks
B4: Queen bed
Extra bedding: 2 double & 2 single mattresses

Baby provisions incl cot, highchair, booster,monitor, baby bath, toys & rocker.

Outdoors: sandpit, swings, small climbing frame with slide, basketball ring, huge glass and aluminium outdoor setting, and 4 bnr bbq

This is an excellent house to get away to. It feels like home away from home. The furniture is very comfortable and we had 9 people stay in the house and everyone had there own space. The beds are comfortable and extras like the Plasma TV, Pool table & PS2 kept everyone occupied when we weren't at the beach. Also, all the shops we needed were just up the road. I would recommend this house to anyone!

Locality

The beach is situated at one end of the street and a shopping centre is at the other end of the street just around the corner.
The shopping centre has Safeway, butcher, Bakers Delight, fruit and fine foods shop, Subway, KFC, fish and chip shop, Priceline chemist, Chinese restaurant and takeaway, dvd store, pizza shop, bbq chicken shop, Donut King, and a day spa to mention a few.
The beach is approx 700m from the house, and the shopping centre would be slightly more. There is also a milkbar (incl. fish and chip shop) located on the street and another milkbar/coffee shop opposite the beach just at the end of the street.

New indoor swimming pool at end of street with slide, tipping buckets etc

There are a few boutique wineries in the area, a golf course and various restaurants and shops.
There is a Maze and Mini Golf entertainment just over 5 minutes drive, and for a great day out, the Adventure Park with large water slides is under 10 minutes drive. http://www.adventurepark.com.au/

The perfect place to stay for families. well set up to enable adults to have a relaxing time whilst there's plenty for the kids to do incl. PS2, DVD player, Plasma, basketball ring, toys, story books, swings, slide and climbing frame
