Cosy 2 bedroom holiday home with a rear full length balcony, great views to Queenscliff/PT Lonsdale townships.
Undercover BBQ area in enclosed courtyard with table setting for 6.
Fully furnished with a queen sized bed
in each bedroom ,separate dining room
kitchen.bathroom and toilet.Walk to
milkbar or major shopping centre with
Safeway,ATMs,Takeaway shops,Restaurants
Liquor outlet,Fruit Shop,Chemist,Petrol
Doctors Surgery.
Walk to beach and follow walking track
to main surf club and onto Barwon Heads

Locality

Close proximity to beach ,shopping centre and short drive to other coastal
towns.Many wineries and golf courses
are only a ten minute drive away.
Couples Retreat is not available for schoolies week
and a bond may be requested for under 25
year olds.
