Living area opens out to an entertaining deck with outdoor setting, Gas BBQ and ocean views.

Large secure backyard, with outdoor setting, that is suitable for well behaved dogs!

OCEAN GROVE is an easy 75 minute drive from Melbourne (100km).
Nearby towns include: Barwon Heads (5mins), Queenscliffe/Point Lonsdale (10mins), & Torquay/Geelong (20mins)
