The modern Ocean Beach Townhouse has all the comforts of home.

The large open living plan has a large color T.V with DVD and CD player. A selection of DVD's are supplied for your free entertainment.
There is also a book, games and toy shelf catering for all ages.

There is gas heating in this area and an extra air conditioner is in the downstairs area.

The modern kitchen is self catering and includes a large fridge and dishwasher.
There is complimentary tea coffee/ sugar/milk and a pantry full of herbs,spices etc for your convenience.


Outside there is a courtyard with large outdoor setting and BBQ.

Down stairs is the laundry with c/dryer and 2nd toilet.

One queensize bedroom is on the lower level and upstairs is the main bedroom with queensize bed and ensuite.

Out the front of the main bedroom there is a balcony where you can sit and watch the world go by.

The third bedroom is also upstairs and it has two singles and a trundle bed. This bedroom connects to the main bathroom.
Both these upstairs bedrooms have airconditioning.

Parking for the vehicles include a lock up garage and one outside park.

The main shopping center which caters for every need is only a 5 min walk away.There is access to all banks, a large choice of restaurants, clothing shops, surf shops, supermarket, post office, real-estate offices, travel agents, fitness clubs and medical center.

The main surf beach is also only a 5 min walk from the townhouse. There are some interesting beach walks to either Barwon Heads or Point Lonsdale in the opposite direction. Maybe take the children on a rock pool ramble.

Life guards are on daily duty throughout the summer months- Dec to Feb and then each weekend up to March.

Good surf spots are in close proximity for the keen surfer.

This makes the position of the Townhouse very convenient and handy for everyone who wants a relaxing and healthy beachside holiday.

The Ocean Beach Townhouse is situated on Presidents Avenue in Ocean Grove. It is only 200 meters from the main shopping center and 200 meters from the main surf beach of Ocean Grove.
Ocean Grove is only 75 min. from Melbourne and 25 min. from Geelong.

The bedroom downstairs has a queen size bed.
