"Hello to Robert and Margaret Brand properties of the majestic Swan Terrace luxury holiday home.We were very fortunate to be guests at the Swan Terrace luxury holiday home in North Hobart for three nights from 11th September 2009.Having returned home to Victoria happy and satisfied by the wonders and beauty of Tasmania during our fifteenth visit we felt compelled to make a few comments about our stay in your magnificent home.It was everything that we expected and a little bit more and the experience was like a return to the past to see the beauty and stateliness of a luxury home that is seldom seen today.We enjoyed every moment of our stay and congratulate you both on the representation and detail of the home for it was truly majestic.Modern requirements combined with incredible reflections from past eras made this home perfect. We would willingly recommend Swan Terrace to other potential visitors and guests for it is a home that many can normally only dream of. Every available requirement was on hand and the bedrooms are extremely spacious and comfortable.There are many additional luxuries and welcome extras that were initially unexpected but collectively this is the place to be when visiting Hobart. "Great house - beautiful building, quiet and convenient location, lots of room for everyone. Everything that you needed was there and the beds and pillows very comfortable. Only a small bath, so if long luxurious soaks are an essential component of your holiday this probably isn't the ideal house for you - showers were spacious and powerful though. We (4 adults) had a wonderful stay."

"We had a very happy time at Swan Terrace. Margaret and Robert were very accommodating allowing two of the group to stay an extra night.
Great location, great views. Very spacious rooms, comfortable beds. It was a very cold long weekend in Hobart with snow in town on the Friday night but we were very warm in the house. Robert came up especially to lay the fire in the sitting room downstairs. We did not have time to light it unfortunately! A great place to stay. Everything we may have needed was there for our use. Great furniture and tasteful furnishings. Just like home! Would certainly stay again!"
