Swan Terrace is a luxury holiday home situated in a quiet cul-de-sac just 200 metres from the renowned North Hobart restaurant strip and approx. one km from the CBD and waterfront.

Locality

The property was chosen for it's supurb location, peaceful and quiet, with no noisy passing traffic.

At the end of the street a short stroll away are a variety of cosmopolitan restaurants, cafes and supermarkets. North Hobart is one of Hobart's premium restaurant areas, also featuring galleries, theatre, premium wine outlets, boutiques, gift shops and most services.

Property

Swan Terrace was constructed during the formal and ornate Victorian period. However the house has been decorated and equipped to blend the Victorian formality with today's more relaxed and casual style of living.

The formal lounge room features classic Victorian decor and furnishings for those seeking quiet relaxation in an elegant atmosphere. However the casual sunroom with leather sofas and modern entertainment facilities provides an easy going retreat for parents or children.

The King bedroom exudes luxury and self indulgence. The spacious room has wonderful vews over the city of Hobart from the bedroom window or the large balcony outside.

The Queen bedroom has a soft and romantic ambience provided by the furnishings and decor.

The third bedroom, with twin single beds, has been prepared for families with children.

The fourth bedroom has a double bed.

Swan Terrace has two bathrooms. The first is a period style powder room with pedestal basin and large walk in shower. The second has a screened shower over bath and includes a modern washer dryer combo.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a country kitchen table for casual dining. Being the main functional area of the house it has reverse cycle air conditioning and entertainment systems.

The casual sunroom leads off the kitchen to provide opportunity for the family or group to congregate casually in this part of the house.

Just outside is a barbecue and an al-fresco dining area in the private courtyard at the rear of the house.

Swan Terrace has off street parking for two vehicles. Landscaped gardens and manicured lawns flank this most prestious property. Your holiday home, away from home. Come and enjoy with family and friends.
