Self-contained apartment

San Carlo offers fully self-contained accommodation for 6 adults. However, one extra guest can be accommodated for a small additional fee. It has a lockup garage that provides easy access to the house and an off-street car space is also available for you or your guests.

Kids are well accommodated for, with a video game console (Wii) and a selection of children's movies, books and games. Adults are not forgotten either, with a good selection of DVDs, books and even Wii-Fit.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a coffee machine and the dining space accommodates up to eight guests. A two way air-conditioner provides for your comfort. A small balcony to the side of the dining area provides a cosy spot to relax.

San Carlo has three bedrooms. Two bedrooms have queen size beds, while the third has two single beds. We are able to provide for an extra bed if required. All bedrooms are upstairs and all have built-in wardrobes and wall heaters. There is one bathroom and a separate toilet (also upstairs) and another toilet (with handbasin) downstairs. A hairdryer is included for your convenience.

The property provides easy access to award winning restaurants, galleries, liquor stores, boutiques, the magnificently restored State Cinema of Tasmania and all commercial services.

It is only ten minutes walk to the city centre and Hobart's historic dock precinct of Salamanca and the famous Salamanca Saturday market. For those who prefer, public transport is just across the road from the property.

The award winning Museum of Old and New Art (MONA) and its associated winery (Moorilla) is just a short drive away, or spoil yourself and take a ferry trip to this fantastic new attraction (winner of the Gourmet Traveller 2011 Best Experience in the World).
