The 3 bedrooms upstairs have extensive sea views. They are servised by an en suite with spa and a 2nd bathroom.
Downstairs is a lounge/games room with a pool table and leather lounge suite, a formal dining room for up to eight people, a family room with another five seat leather lounge, TV/DVD and CD player, all adjoining a large kitchen, a laundry and a wc.
A private bbq and patio area is adjacent to a back garden.
All linen, kitchen utensils, board games and toiletries are supplied. The price is inclusive of use of gas, lpg for the BBQ, electricity and local phone calls.
There are also board games, jig-saw puzzles, A Play Station 2 machine, boogie boards and fishing and snorkling gear.These are available for free usage as is the pool and full size tennis court which had a $20,000 refit and resurface with synthetic grass in 2007.
The pool is professionally cleaned and requires no maintenance by unit holders. Two other units share the pool and tennis court, which both have extensive sea views, as do the units bedrooms.

Available at $1995.00 per week for holiday periods. Minimum rental period is one week. Non holiday times and longer retals are negotiable. A 25% deposit payable on booking and the remainder two months before occupancy, or as mutually agreed. Cancellations within two months of the rental period will will result in the loss of all monies paid unless the unit can be rented again for the period cancelled. If relet all monies paid for the period cancelled shall be repaid less advertising costs involved in reletting less a $200 dollar administration charge. A $500.00 bond will also be held during the rental period and refunded on checkout if the property and contents are left in good condition. Please note upon booking you will need to provide some form of identifaction such as passport or drivers' license and may be asked for documentation of past good rental history.
