This is our basic economy 2 bedroom apartment with no beach views, costing much less per week than our 2 bedroom beach front apartments. Griffin Road is a busier road than Surf Road, but as the apartment is at the back of the house I am sure you wont hear any traffic noise, but you can sometimes hear the people staying upstairs in Apt 8, although, with the exception of the kitchen & bathroom Apt 8 is fully carpeted (with sound proofing underlay). Apt 8 can't hear anything from downstairs.

It is a well equipped apartment that suits people who want to spend less on accommodation (and have more to spend on other things), but it is still only 5 mins walk to the beach across the reserve (with no roads to cross).

It a 2 bedroom 65 square meter apartment suitable for 4 people. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed & the other has two single beds
It has a new white kitchendining area with oven, cook top, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, Table and chairs. This room also has a settee and TV and opens out onto a fenced courtyard with table chairs and BBQ. There is small separate Television room with an LCD Flat screen Television & DVD. It has Wi Fi internet if you bring your own laptop with wireless card. There is also a laundry that has an internal access door from this apartment (which is lockable) It is also for the use of the upstairs apartment that access it separately from the external door.
To get to the park and beach you just walk down the road past about 5 houses then you are on a large grassy reserve (great to kick a ball on) it has a young children's play park with swings
