Everything here is at your doorstep. You're close enough to the beach to walk but far enough away to escape the noise and crowds that Summer in Bondi always brings. You are less than 2 minutes walk to the Seven Ways village - newsagent, supermarket, bakery, butcher, loads of cafes. Great and friendly North Bondi neighbourhood. Easy street parking.



The house is fully set up as a home away from home - music, internet, cable TV, sheets, washing machine etc. This really suits a young family who are visiting Sydney or maybe returning for holidays from OS.
