Holiday house

Beautiful new South Shores Beach Villa overlooking a beautiful water lagoon. Located in a coastal seaside village on the Fleurieu Pennisula.

Spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 2 storey modern villa with luxary fit-out. Sleeps 8-10 with 2 Queen beds, 2 bunks, 2 trundles.

Features a beautiful deck overlooking the water with BBQ and deckheating. Fully equipped kitchen & laundry. There are 2 swimming pools a the site and a 5 min walk to the beach. The site has on-site management with secure access.

Nearby to golfing, horse riding, water sports, art galleries, wineries & local find food. Adjoining Villa may also be available for bigger groups. Linen is provided in your stay.

We wanted to get a group of friends together to celebrate my Husbands 50th Birthday! It was a fantastic weekend! The beachhouse is a modern fit out and you can open all the doors to let the sunshine in. Close walk to the beach as well. This beachhouse is perfect for a group of friends or family getaway! We are now making it an annual event!
