Built in 2007 footsteps is a very well presented holiday home which holds the receipe for great family holidays. Large family living room consists of luxury leather lounge, large dining table, fully equipped kitchen, Large Flat screen TV DVD, Stereo, reverse cycle air cond. Large childrens room contains TV and Playstation 2.
Dine inside or relax in the outdoor decking area. Gas BBQ and views over the Bungala River. Walk to everything in the township, your only a minute away from the Normanville Hotel, IGA supermarket, Bakery, Cafes, DVD store. Plenty of room for parking a large boat. Fish cleaning table and outdoor washing facilities. Golfers will enjoy the proximity to the Links Golf Course.

Use footsteps to explore the Fleurieu Peninsula. Enjoy Fishing, boating, diving, Golfing, horse riding, whale watching, wine tasting, restaurants or just a stopover on the way to Kangaroo Island. Walk to the pristine beaches.

Locality

Normanville is approximatley 1 hour drive south of Adelaide. Situated on the coast Normanville hosts a great seascape and country atmosphere. Fantastic beaches, fishing, golf and attractions make Normanville a great holiday escape close to Adelaide.
