Located just meters to the beach, this architecturally designed expansive 2 storey, 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom stunning home offers luxury living and picturesque views to the ocean and along the coast. Comprising 2 spacious open plan living areas both with wide TV, CD, DVD and undercover garaging. R/C aircond, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, dryer and billiard table. The ensuite in the main bedroom contains a spa bath. Front upper entertaining deck and lower entertaining area featuring a life size chess set.

Locality

It is meters from one of the best surfing beaches in South Australia. It is walking distance the mouth of the River Murray. There are restaurants and a supermarket located nearby. Within walking distance of the South Lakes Golf Course and has two other very good golf courses within a short drive. Easy access to Currency Creek, Mclaren Vale and Langhorne Creek wineries. Goolwa is a very picturesque town with Art and craft shops.
