This two bedroom, two bathroom townhouse overlooks one of the lagoons in the Ivory Palms Resort.

There are two bedrooms upstairs, master bedroom has a queen size bed, a wall mounted television, overhead fan and a private balcony. This bedroom has an ensuite with spa bath, shower and toilet.
The second bedroom has two single beds and an overhead fan, whilst the upstairs bathroom contains a shower and toilet.
Downstairs is an open plan living area with kitchen, dining and lounge area.
This is covered by airconditioning and has overhead fans with security screens facing onto the balcony which overlooks the Lagoon

Kitchen is equipped with microwave, dishwasher, bench style stove top and electric oven.
The dining area has a table and six chairs
Lounge has comfy couches, flat screen television and DVD player.
There is a small room at the rear of the kitchen area with a sofa bed and play station
There is a separate laundry area downstairs and has a washing machine and dryer and there is a separate toilet with hand basin adjacent to the toilet.

The complex has 3 pools, one of which is heated.
There are also two full sized tennis courts and a games room.
The complex backs onto parklands and is next door to the Tewantin Noosa Bowls Club
Walk everywhere, 10 minutes to the Yacht Club, 15 minutes walk to Gympie Terrace restaurants or the Tewantin Marina, Tewantin Shopping Centre and the RSL
