Two storey waterfront family home with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, two car lock up garage and pool.
Ground floor level has lounge, kitchen and family room area.
Lounge has large flat screen television with DVD

Kitchen has all new appliances including family sized refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, cooktop and wall oven. Kitchen equipment is up to date with a slow cooker and cafe sandwich press.
The family room area has a dining setting for 6 and bookcase with a supply of books, CD player and radio

The laundry is in the garage with a front load washing machine. No dryer but an inside clothesline is in the garage.
Up two flights of stairs are the bedrooms and two bathrooms
Master bedroom has queen bed, small flat screen television and airconditioning. There is an ensuite bathroom off this room with shower and toilet. The second bedroom has another queen size bed, with the third bedroom having two single beds. The fourth bedroom has a futon and is airocnditoned.

The house is screened and has overhead fans.'

Off the downstairs living area is a covered patio, outdoor setting and BBQ
The fenced pool also has a patio area with a small table, two chairs and two sun lounges.

Access to the Noosa River by Noosa Loch system



Tariff:
Low: $1750 per week, Mid Season: $2400 per week, Peak: $2650 per week

3 night minimum Low Season and Mid Season
7 night minimum Peak Season
