Holiday house

It is a contemporary highset in the quiet residential suburb of Castaways Beach. The appointments suit the professional family or group of friends who like a quiet, private retreat. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms offer ample space.

It was wonderful to be able to bring our dog with us on holidays. We could take her the beach to run along the sand and go for a surf. She made a lot of new friends and we had a great holiday.

Beautiful beaches to swim and explore. Castaways Beach is dog friendly with lots of friendly puppies and their owners.
National Parks with walking trails to isolated headlands. Access to the North Shore and Cooloola National Park.
Fishing: beach, rivers, estuary and offshore.
Fine dining in world class restaurants and a variety of clubs.
Local markets for fresh produce: Noosa, Peregian and Eumundi.
Mountainous hinterland with superb views. Towns such as Cooroy, Pomona, Montville and Maleny each have their own special appeal.
Boutique shopping in Hastings Street.
Cruise the Noosa River by ferry or cruise boat.
Explore the everglades and discover wilderness.

Property

Upstairs contains spacious open plan lounge/dining area and kitchen. There are 2 verandahs to enjoy the sea breaze or the view south to the national park. The main bedroom, with ensuite and walkin robe, overlooks the pool and Noosa National Park. The top floor is airconditioned and provides Austar, DVD, and stereo system.
Downstairs has 2 bedrooms, fully appointed laundry, bathroom(with bath),toilet and double garage.

Noosa Beach Hound is a pet friendly property for outside dogs only. Inside dogs may be allowed on application to owners at time of booking and must not be allowed on furniture or bedding.
The rear of the property has a 5' high wall around it and pets are very secure.
A dog bed is provided outside in a sheltered position
