This is a unique home and it is a genuine, spacious, luxury 4 bedroom home especially designed for two families OR four couples to share. It sleeps up to 10 guests in luxury (8 usual). There is an adult's wing of 2 large bedrooms, each with en-suite and walk-in-robe. These are separated by the 50 m2 sala from the other two bedrooms which each have 2 long singles beds. Bedrooms 3 & 4 can be converted to additional king doubles to allow 4 couples to share the home. There are no bunkbeds or sofa beds. Although fully air-conditioned, you will enjoy the natural breezes and indoor-outdoor functionality of this wonderful retreat. No matter how many people are in your party, you'll never be crowded in this spacious, eco-friendly home especially as the Resort's superbly appointed Leisure Centre is just 100 metres from your secluded bushland setting. There are a few internal stairs so wheelchairs present issues.

Locality

The home is in the ideal location for adults, teens and kids alike. Noosa Heads is about 20 minutes away but if you desire the commotion of a Hastings Street style holiday, you won't get it here. Ours is the real 'wildside'- the ecotourism type wild - just a short 2 minute drive beyond the Tewantin vehicle ferry. We adjoin Great Sandy National Park, proposed for World Heritage listing. There are miles of surf beaches that offer fishing, 4WD and horse-riding too. Canoeing on Lake Cooroibah is 2 minutes away. The mountain hinterland villages of Eumundi and Maleny are within 30 minutes. Day trips to Fraser Island are easy especially if you have a 4WD vehicle. An equestrian centre has opened recently and offers horse-trail rides and, for those with a horse, bring it on holidays too and stable it 500m away for $25 per night!

Property

Staying in this home allows you resort style living with no added costs! The on-site amenities are second to none. The activities nearby have been outlined above but the Leisure Centre, 100 flat metres away, provides the 'icing on the cake'! It is huge and superbly appointed with five distinct components. Laze around the heated pool complex that includes a 25 m lap-pool, 12 seat spa, 30m2 standard pool and a child's wading pool. Share the open parkland with lazing kangaroos as you stroll to one of the many BBQ shelters for a picnic lunch. The active minded will enjoy free tennis, even at night, with all the gear provided. There is also basketball. Finally, the best, the 3 distinctly different resort rooms - one being family focused; another with the teens in mind and the third for the under 8s but each with the latest variety of digital entertainment.
