Holiday house

This double level residence sleeps 8 guests comfortably. The home is comprised of : a master bedroom with queen bed and ensuite; two double beds in another two rooms; two single beds in another room; a foldout bed in another room. Open plan living and separate BBQ area. Well suited to the executive or family who want privacy and tranquility in a tropical oasis.

Situated in one of Noosa's most sort after suburbs for proximity to town and beach. A 20 minute walk to Noosa's world famous surf beach, restaurants, cafes, boutiques, Noosaville's eat street and the Noosa National Park. Only a 5 minute walk to Noosa Junction. Opposite Weyba estuary you can also walk to Weyba bridge for fishing, or an easy stroll straight from the front path to the Noosa Farmers Market on Sunday morning. Cross the road to the new 5 Star Quay West Resort & Spa for a drink or something to eat. Fish, swim or surf on the nearby sandy beaches. Off street parking is available. Minimum stay two nights. Monthly stays can be negotiated.

We were really happy with the service provided by Gina.. We had several families staying with us and we all had plenty of space to spread out! The pool was a great place to chill out during the heat of the day. Being able to take the dogs took a lot of pressure off trying to find suitable pet boarding. The boys enjoyed the local fishing spots.

Noosa is a small town with a population of 50,000 locals located 120 kilometres north of Brisbane on Queensland’s Sunshine Coast, on the east coast of Australia.

Visitors enjoy pristine beaches, watch resident bush turkeys scratch and strut along Hastings Street and catch glimpses of koalas living in the trees overlooking Laguna Bay.

Between July and November Humpback Whales can be seen off the coast on their annual migration north to warmer waters.

The Noosa hinterland is a dramatic landscape of rolling hills and mountains formed by long-extinct volcanoes, and the world’s largest sand island, Fraser Island, is on our doorstep. Things to do

Delightful 5 bedroom western red cedar home with 4 separate verandah areas for entertaining or your small dog. North facing with a tropical pool. The south side of the house has ponds where frogs and lizards are frequently seen.

It is possible to walk on a path out the front to the Sunday local food market, Hastings St, Noosa Junction or the river.

We provide four covered verandras at our house and the area around the pool is fenced for dogs to be outside. We do not allow dogs on the beds or furniture but are OK with them being inside the house, if we have to clean the lounge for dog hair we will deduct the expense from your bond. A bed is provided for them to sleep on as is a water bowl.
