The Retreat is run on sustainable principals of solar power, tank water, composting toilet, organic garden. It is a perfect place to relax, watch the wildlife and feel the healing power of nature.

What to do:
Enjoy the healing power of Mother Nature. Listen to her song and watch her amazing beauty.
Experience how a denuded farmland has been transformed into a natural paradise.
Nearby hanging rocks swimming hole invites you to a cool dip.
Practice some gentle style Hatha Yoga, Chi Gung, Relaxation and Meditation. Maybe you would like to have a Spiritual Healing session with Julie or an emotional clearing with a Healing Journey with Govinda.
Go to a Hindu Temple to pay your respects and enjoy the garden of Sundara Retreat.
Access to Sundara Temple, garden and library. Meet eccentric Govinda and Julie, with their life experiences and travels. Indian vegetarian dinners may be provided on prior arrangement depending on availability of cook.

Sundara is a rural haven surrounded by a beautiful subtropical garden and abundant wildlife.
You can let go, relax and enjoy the beauty of nature in a tranquil and energising environment. Privacy and seclusion make it ideal for a quite getaway or personal retreat.
Although out of the way, it is close to the best attractions on the North Coast. You can visit spectacular National Parks, Mt. Warning (the massive remnant of an ancient volcano),
or just drive to the amazing Hanging Rock swimming hole close by.

Alternative Lifestyle Communities are all around the area and colourful Nimbin is only 20 km away.
