Holiday unit

THE DALY SANCTUARY
A home away from home. If you are looking for the perfect property for your next holiday then look no further. This 2 bedroom, stand alone unit, set among 500square meters of tranquil gardens is for you. Come home and relax after your long days exploring our beautiful city. The unit can sleep up to 6 people and can accommodate the car, the boat and the caravan all at once. The property is fully fenced to allow the children to play safely outdoors, while taking advantage of the outdoor entertainment area complete with gas barbeque.
The fully air-conditioned unit is equipped with everything you have in your own home. It boasts a fully equipped kitchen including a microwave, full sized stove and refrigerator and all cooking utensils as well as an array of electrical appliances to make your stay more relaxing. All linen is supplied and extras are available upon request. We can even supply a porta cot and highchair.

The unit is perfectly positioned in the Nightcliff area within walking distance to almost everything you would need during your stay. It offers a convenience store as well as a large shopping centre, various take away food outlets and restaurants, cycle and walking paths along our beautiful Nightcliff foreshore, perfect for experiencing our amazing sunsets over a bottle of wine. We even supply the esky.

Locality

The property is situated in Nightcliff and is only a 2 minute walk to the foreshore. All ammenities are available within walking distance from the unit. There is a convienience store and speciality stores as well as a major supermarket. Public transport is also close by. The fabulous Nightcliff markets are at the front door, and are on every Sunday. The area also boasts a large assortment of takeaway outlets as well as many resturants. Only 6kms to the airport and 11kms to the CBD.
