The unit is a one bedroom spacious unit. It is clean and is fully equipped

(TV, iron, pots/pans, cutlery, glass, stove, microwave, beds, linen etc..) with one aircon in the bedroom. Please note the unit is not serviced. This unit has a queen size bed, sofa bed and a single bed. Great seaviews and sea breezes. The public swimming pool is a 2 minute walk. The supermarket,restuarants and takeaway food outlets are a 5 minute walk.

Please also note the unit is on the 3rd level and there are no lifts.
