The apartment has been finished by an interior designer and offers stylish yet comfortable accommodation. The main living area is air conditioned and has a combined lounge and dining room with a table for 4, sofa bed, TV/DVD and sound system. The fully equipped kitchen has an oven, cook top, microwave, dishwasher and refridgerator. Ensuite bathroom has a walk in shower. The bedroom has a queen size bed, with built in wardrobe and quality linen is supplied. Internal laundry with washer and dryer. Visitor parking is available for short term stays. Minimum Stay 3 nights

Locality

King Street, Newtown is a vibrant, colourful and multi cultural area appealing to people of all ages. The area is known for its' cafes and restaurants and trendy shops. The train station is a short walk and the buses to the CBD depart from just nearby. Sydney University and St Andrews College, The Royal Prince Alfred Hospital are all within walking distance. The Enmore Theatre, Seymour Centre and Victoria Park are minutes away by bus.

Property

The property is great value accommodation and perfectly positioned with its own private entrance to the apartment. There is a town square with grassed area and gardens within the apartment complex and it is available to all guests.
