Holiday unit, Holiday apartment, Self-contained apartment

This fully air conditioned apartment is on the 1st floor, and has excellent public transport links. King Street (approximately 5 minutes walk), is known for its multi cultural, ecletic mix of humming restaurants, cafes and shops. Newtown is 10 -15 minutes from the Sydney CBD.

Stylish yet comfortable accommodation. The main living area has a spacious combined lounge and dining area with a table for 6 persons, TV/DVD, double sofa bed and sound system. There is a north facing balcony off the living area and main bedroom that looks to the gardens and the square.

The unit has 2 bedrooms ( with a queen size bed, one with a king splits into 2 singles), 2 full bathrooms. The fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances including a microwave, dishwasher, full oven and cook top, as well as its own fully equipped laundry.

This apartment will accommodate up to 6 guests. Quality linen is supplied. Separate lock up garage available on request. Phone is available on request.
