A welcoming Bungalow offering two bedrooms with double beds and a third bedroom with a single bed and study desk. The bathroom has a small bath, separate shower and toilet. A well equipped kitchen and tastefully decorated living area offers all you need for a comfortable stay. Views from the living room include the Sydney CBD skyline , and the University. This home sits behind an apartment and has a lovely outdoor deck where you can relax while enjoying the trees and birdlife in the neighbourhood. There is a gas BBQ provided in the ground level courtyard. There is exclusive use of off street parking for 2 vehicles

Located central on Corunna Road
Just 100m stroll to a coffee shop and 150 metres Paramatta Road to a popular hotel and shopping area and bus stops for transport to the city and beyond.
A short stroll to the very popular King Street Newtown.
Just 15 minutes by bus ($15 by taxi) to the CBD, Harbour Bridge and ferries. No more than 15 minutes walk to Stanmore Village or Broadway Close to a Train Station - 2 stops from the city. The RPA Hospital, University, Harold Park Raceway,and Norton Street Leichhardt, Seymour Centre are all in the vicinity
