Ultra modern living at it's finest! This one-bedroom fully air-conditioned, security penthouse is stunning. It is situtated a breath away from the hub of Newtown, RPA Hospital, Sydney Uni and a stone's throw from Sydney CBD. 407 130 Carillon Avenue spans over two floors of plush interiors.

Features include kitchen with stainless steel appliances, including a microwave and a fully equipped internal laundry. This architecturally designed unit embraces open plan living with two balconies - one of which is huge and is the perfect private outdoor entertaining area, city views and a security car spot to boot. Boasting new carpeting and timber floors, modern paint schemes, LCD DVD TV, quality dishes, glassware, cutlery and bedding.

Newtown is famous for its large selection of restaurants. There are over 120 food outlets along King Street and Enmore Road, serving some 20 ethnic cuisines including Portuguese, Thai, African, Italian, Vietnamese, Indian, Japanese, Middle Eastern and even Scandinavian. Many of these restaurants and cafes are BYO and open until late, and most are very reasonably priced.
There are 23 pubs in the area, many of which also serve food.
