Holiday house

The lower level has a large open plan kitchen/lounge that opens out onto the pool/heated spa and outdoor entertaining area. The kitchen is beautifully appointed with marble bench tops and top of the range appliances. Lounge room with leather modular lounge and large screen plasma. Separate TV room with again, large screen plasma. Sound system with in ceiling and outdoor speakers.

2 bathrooms and an outdoor hot shower perfect coming home after a day at the beach.
