Also on this level is a huge home theatre which is just fantastic for watching movies or pay TV.



The swimming pool is also heated and has a spa as well if you just want to sit back and relax in its warmth. There is a full entertaining room off the pool area with wet bar facilities for those wanting a drink or even to just get away and have a bit of time out. This area is perfect for the teenagers to come to and have their own area.



The house has a double lock up private garage with internal access making it easy to enter the property.
