The large open plan lounge/dining area features timber floors, quality furnishings and a slow combustion fire. Wood is supplied for the combustion heater. TV, VCR and CD player is provided. The room is airy, light and opens out onto a balcony that overlooks the park reserve and ocean.
The adjoining kitchen is well equipped with wall oven and microwave and a breakfast bar which is ideal for families. All crockery, cutlery and pots and pans are provided as well as the basics for cooking (key herbs/spices, sugar, S&P, olive oil, gladwrap, alfoil, condiments and teatowels).
Downstairs is the master bedroom with queen sized bed - wake up and open the curtains to enjoy the views and morning sun. There is also a Œdownstairs loft¹ which is fun for the kids - it sleeps three with one bunk bed and one single bed. Upstairs there is a third bedroom with a double bed. There are built-in wardrobes in all 3 bedrooms. A double sleeper sofa is in the living room.
Bathrooms with shower and toilet are on both floors (the main bathroom on the top floor has a bath). The laundry downstairs has a washing machine and dryer, together with ironing board and iron.
A gas BBQ and large covered entertainment area is out the back and opens onto the private back garden.

Caves Beach has a patrolled swimming area as well as caves and extensive rock pools to explore. Other beaches nearby include Hams Beach, Catherine Hill Bay and Blacksmiths Beach
Fishing - a popular spot is Swansea Heads. Boats are available for hire on the Lake.

Caves Beach House is located a short walking distance to the local shops and Hotel (with Bistro Restaurant). Supermarket and a number of cafes & restaurants are in Swansea. PropertyCaves Beach is 1 hour 10 mins north from Hoprnsby and 30 mins south of Newcastle.
If coming from the F3 freeway from Hornsby, take the Swansea turnoff (old Pacific Hwy) and drive to Swansea. On entering Swansea turn right at the round-about to Caves Beach and make your way to the main beach
