Hamilton Heritage B & B is an early 1900 Federation Bungalow featuring original high ornate ceilings and open fireplaces with stained glass windows.
Our rooms are airconditioned, light and airy with the most comfortable beds our guests compliment us every time. Guests are not confined to their respective rooms even though the rooms have televisions they are most welcome to relax and view the television in the loungeroom where they will find videos for children and dvd facilities as well. Fancy a game of chess the board is set up at all times.
The screened in verandah gives protection from insects as well as comfortable seating to enjoy a cuppa and a chat, this overlooks the garden most enjoyable outlook.
Breakfast of choice and time is served in the breakfast room which overlooks the verandah and garden which is surrounded by beautiful trees.
The garden has a number of different combinations of seating so that the sun or shade can be enjoyed.
Because we are a children and pet friendly accommodation this garden and yard is totally enclosed for their safety.
Speaking of the four legged fur children we are a 5 min stroll to a wonderful park that allows pets off lead so that they can run and play.
This park also has a very safe playground for children.
A short drive into the Newcastle foreshore there is an off lead beach for pets and owners to enjoy.

We are a close to Broadmeadow station if you are training we will collect you and bring you to our door.
There are a host of things to do and see in the Newcastle area, several day trips are available to view dolphins, sand boarding and sand dune excursions, also wine tasting tours all of these we can help with arrangement. There are extreme sports and more sedate ones such as bike riding, go-carting, minigolfing, river cruising, fishing, harbour dinning, art galleries,museums and shopping, or just relaxing.

The Kimberley Room :- features a lace canopied black iron queensize bed this room is suitable for a single or double stay. The ensuite to this room has a shower. Cost for a single $90 dble $120.
The Tranquillity Room:- features a four poster polished timber and iron queensize bed. This room is suitable for single or double stay. The maximum number of people able to be accommodated in this room is 2 adults 2 children, 2 adults 1 adult or older child. We also have a portable cot available. The ensuite to this room has a bath/shower. single $90 dble $120
The Grandiloquent Room :- has a double plus single bed with a 2 seater sofa suitable for a small child. This room also has space for a foldaway bed.
The maximum this room can accommodate is 2 adults, 3 children or 3 adults and 2 children or 4 adults. The ensuite to this room features a spa/shower. sngl$100 dble $140

For more than 2 nights a 10% discount off 3rd and 4th nights stay. Weekly stay, 7 nights cost, is $75 per night Stays of 1 month $70 per night.
