Only 400 mtres from Hamilton Railway Station & 120 mtres from public bus service. Close to sporting facilities, hospitals, shopping centres & the University. Easily accessed by road, rail and Newcastle airport. Beautifully central to take advantage of Port Stephens the Hunter Valley Vineyards & the Central Coast. Surrounded by 7 beaches on 3 sides & wine on the other!
